This is a free show, first come first served, and you're welcome to stay for as long as you'd like! No outside food or drink is allowed.

About Canyon Dreams:
Guitarist Robert Caballero and vocalist Nancy Lawrence met while they were students at Berklee College of Music in Boston. With Nancy’s background singing soul, rock and country, and Robert’s love for rock and blues, they started blending their styles and writing songs together shortly after meeting. After graduation, they moved to Los Angeles where they wrote and performed together in multiple original musical projects.

In May of 2019 they relocated from Los Angeles to Vermont, where Nancy’s family is from. Since then, they started playing songs that they loved together just for fun, and decided to go out and play as a duo. Influenced by the Laurel Canyon sounds of the late 60’s and early 70’s, they wanted to capture and share some of that spirit that they loved so much.

The Canyon Dreams song list contains classic rock, country and pop songs, all performed through the filter of their unique musical backgrounds. They took the pieces of what influenced them in southern California and blended it with the influence of the beautiful Green Mountain state. Playing songs by such artists as Fleetwood Mac, The Rolling Stones, Neil Young, Janis Joplin and Linda Ronstadt, they put their heart and soul into every song that they perform.
